In a blender, combine 1 ounce olive oil, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Use as regular shampoo.

I don’t post here much .. or at all really .. I mostly gawk at all the amazing pictures, motivational graphics, healthy recipes, and rants about social awareness.
I recently started going to gym. Mostly for myself not any one in particular, and I like it. I don’t enjoy it, and at this moment it feels like I just can’t. I started going last Monday I believe, and I promised myself (I wrote it down and everything) that I would go every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .. so basically five times a week. I’ve sort of upheld my end of the bargain .. or really I hold both ends to the bargain but whatever .. last week I went Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, not Saturday, and Sunday. So here we are again at Monday, a brand new week, and I’m attempting to hold out for the whole week.
I’ve been relatively lazy lately. School is over. I have no finals, so I’m working at a few events, clocking in some hours on the job, and burning out my laptops fan while I watch Netflix. Basically I’ve been laying in bed. Not doing much. Not talking to many people, and for a few minutes not caring. He<3 will be home in six days, so really I just feel like I’m waiting.
Since last Monday I’ve implemented a few changes.
- No eating past 7pm (I’ve succeed every day except Friday I believe)
- Walking every where possible.
- as already stated Gym 5 times a week
Today at the gym was a little tough though. So my routine for right now is to jump rope somewhere between 20 to 35 minutes and be on the elliptical for about another 30 to 40 minutes then come home and do 5 sets of three different free weight exercises for 10 reps. Today I just couldn’t do it all. I did my jump roping, barely survived on the elliptical and didn’t even finish my free weights. I doubt I’ve over worked my body (although yesterday’s workout did kill me), but I just couldn’t push my self much farther.
So despite what all these gifs and motivational chart poster things mention I think we’re forgetting to enjoy and relish in the small victories. Like today .. I went to the gym, even though it was nearly a hour and a half past the time I originally planned for and I didn’t want to get up and go .. I went to the gym today. I am going to enjoy my small victory, take a shower, and speak in annoying cute lovie voices with him<3 … goodnight .. and until tomorrow.

I just want my Aunt back home.
